The Rural Vitalization Drive Unveiled

Renowned sociologist Fei Xiaotong remarked in his book Earthbound China that country folk can’t live without earth as they make a living on farming.

Since the reform and openingup policy kicked off, the situation has changed. Some farmers have migrated to cities to find jobs.Since urban jobs can earn them more than that they get from farming, the migrating legion has kept swelling.

Forty years of reform and opening-up have made many farmers settle down in cities. The rural areas are expected to keep up with the pace of the new era, following the steps of cities that have achieved rapid development, and make headway in the agricultural modernization process. The CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core has attached great importance to rural development. Led by the central leadership, comprehensive progress has been made in rural areas.

在高中史料教学中，为了让学生能够对史料内容进行正确了解，就需要学生将史料与作者的立场、人们的观点、社会背景以及所处时代相结合，并围绕教学目的对史料内容进行适当补充。在史料教学中，不仅能够对学生的思维能力与学习能力进行培养与提高，还能够让学生从历史角度对历史事件进行评论。史料的选择应该适合、适量，使其能够与课程内容相平衡，这样才能够有效提高历史教学质量。

虽然国家对基层实验室建设非常重视，各种实验器材和设备准备比较齐全，但是在具体的实验室应用中却由于各种问题给实验带来一定的影响。实验室样品保管、实验室废弃物处理、实验记录、检疫报告、档案资料管理等都有相关的制度，要求实验室技术人员严格按照制度管理行事。但在基层工作人员操作中显然在技术方面或者在实验管理与档案整理归纳方面都缺乏一定专业知识支撑实验和实验管理。由于这些原因常会造成动物疫情诊断错误或者耽误最佳治疗时间，菌种的培育出现细菌感染等现象，这些都是作为基层实验室可能出现的情况[2]。
