气象观测直接关系到气象预测的准确性，进而影响农业经济发展。相关部门应加强对综合气象观测能力的重视程度。首先，应对本地区气象条件以及多发气象灾害的发生规律和发生特点进行深入了解，构建行之有效的管理机制，提高地面综合气象观测能力的有效性和及时性。其次，丰富气象观测内容，不局限于农业气象服务。旅游业、环境保护、工业生产等都会受到气象因素影响，要有针对性地提供气象服务，实现其指导生产的价值。再次，基层气象部门要抓好实时气象观测，严格依照上级主管部门要求，加强气象观测业务，提高观测结果准确性和有效性。

系统部署完成后进行模拟驾驶训练，系统运行如图2所示。操作人员使用VR手套进行驾驶操作训练。为验证系统训练的正确性与有效性，特聘请中国铁路郑州局集团有限公司郑州工务机械段捣固车驾驶员进行实际测评。测评表明：该系统视觉效果逼真、沉浸感强，操作流程与实际流程一致；但其交互性与真车操作还有一定的差距，交互性低于采用硬件驾驶台的模拟训练系统。
