New Opportunities for Cross-border E-business

Since 2009, China has maintained its position as the world’s largest exporter and second largest importer in terms of trade in goods. Foreign trade has become one of the country’s major driving forces in boosting economic growth and promoting social development. Since 2015, China has lowered import tariffs on a range of consumer products for four times.

机组给水泵由液力耦合器调节方式改造为变频调节，采用手动“1拖2”方式。每台机组增加1台变频器，对原有的液力耦合器和给水泵油系统进行改造，增加2台工作油泵和润滑油泵，保持液力耦合器原有的调节功能，2台给水泵共用1台变频器。

As a new type of business model, which can also promote a country’s import, the crossborder e-commerce activities have garnered increasing attention. In July 2014, the General Administration of Customs introduced the policy on bonded cross-border e-commerce. Later,via such ways as establishing comprehensive trial sites of cross-border e-commerce, China has formed a systematic supervisory model on cross-border e-commerce retail imports covering all aspects, thus building a sound policy environment.

Bene fiting from the model,China’s e-business has gained explosive growth.

研究表明，理想的DNA条形码序列应具有明显的种间变异和足够小的种内变异。对各条形码的扩增序列在植物种内和种间变异数据进行分析(表4)，发现DNA条形码在种内变异的大小依次排序为：psbA-trnH > rbcL > psbK-psbI > matK；种间变异大小依次排序为:rbcL > psbA-trnH > psbK-psbI > matK。

Amid progress and adjustment, no one doubts that China’s cross-border online import will continue to rise for quite a long time, facilitated by the country’s policy guidance of expanding imports.
